To partner with our Intern Program, we also have a volunteer program which follows the same structure but allows the volunteer to ride out on their own time rather than being assigned to a shift. We are always looking for volunteers that are willing to help staff the engine or respond to calls within the district. Every fire season we are fortunate to have volunteers to help staff our Out-Of-County engine as well as help with station coverage. Our volunteers are an invaluable resource to our department. The Volunteer Program requires twenty-four (24) hours of ride-along time each month in order to maintain the volunteer status. For more information or for any questions, please contact the station.
